Advice please

Hi i was on the nexplanon for 3 1/2 yrs. Me and my fiance have been ttc since july and so far nothing. I did think i was pregnant last month just to be disappointed. But anyway i was wondering is there anyway or anything me or my significant other can do to conceive faster. I know age is a big factor as well as daily habits and other factors and we are trying to do everything right i just feel like my SO is running out of time.
