I agree with want hope has said. 
Lukewarm water with vinegar to help the temperature if that’s not what you’re already doing. 
When my son stopped eating due to cows milk allergy the paediatrician at the hospital advised to offer small amounts of filtered water to keep him hydrated. But yes please go to your paed and see what they advise on keeping fluids up.

If you haven’t already, I’d reach out to your pediatrician as at this age they are very susceptible to dehydration which is extremely concerning this young.
