nose piercing infected?

does it look infected? it doesn’t hurt or smell. but i noticed this little weird irritated area. i’ve been cleaning it but not as good as i should. got it pierced almost a month ago if not a month.

IM A PIERCER!!! If it is freshly pierced do NOT take the jewelry out don’t twist it. Take some warm water (as hot as you can stand it) and add like a tablespoon of salt into it soak a cotton ball in that solution and stick it on your piercing for 10 mins twice a day. If it’s infected it should draw out the pus and infection and go right back to normal.
