Probiotics??

Hello everyone FTM here 🤗 
I was wondering how many of you give probiotics to your LO? My daughter is 4 months and I would like to start giving her some to help her have a normal bowel movement I see her struggle at times. 
Any recommendations?

I give them everyday - I’m in Australia tho so the ones I use may not be relevant if your in another country

We’ve given this to our son since he was 2 months old. Works great. We mix the probiotic with his milk when bottle feeding. He spits most of it out if we put it directly in his mouth

I give my babe mommy bliss brand. I started him on it when I stopped nursing I was really worried about him getting constipated. plus he's also on simalic spit up which has added rice and it helps that's for sure
