Let me tell you ladies the craziest story ever..

I got the Kyleena IUD in January 2020 after giving birth to my son. I was expecting my cycle to start the week of 7/12. I had some brown spotting and some normal pelvic pain in my csection area that always kinds of let me know it’s on the way. Friday 7/16 I got a faint positive. I then tested with FR and got negatives. Went to my OB this past Thursday and got a neg on urine test. I thought SURE I was in the clear until yesterday at work I urinated all this pink fleshy discharge and a fleshy mass came out of me which looked all too familiar. I went to the ED and an ultrasound confirmed a uterine pregnancy and I was passing fetal tissue. I’m so freaked out. How is this possible?!
