Do ovulation test pick up ato pick a pregnancy too

I'm on cycle day 60 but it takes me forever to get a positive pregnancy test so I took an ovulation test and it's positive. So my question is for the positive ovulation test and being in a month overdue am I pregnant???

Here's some of my ovulation tests taken after confirmed pregnancy. A positive opk would look similar if not the same.

While ovulation tests can and do detect pregnancy, in my experience, when they do, the test line is very very very dark and the control very faint, similar to a positive opk, but darker. To call an ovulation test positive, the test line must be as dark as or darker than the control line. This doesn't appear to be positive for ovulation and if it were pregnancy, I'd guess because as well. Try a pregnancy test!

Yes they can detect it because HCG and LH are similar in structure.

I'm sorry this is not a positive ovulation test. For it to be positive the test line would have to be darker than the control line.

I did an ovulation test 3 days after, what I thought was a period, and my line were dark, test line showed first, which never happens, so I decided to take a pg test and was positive right away, and did a second. So doctors today for blood work cuz I had no idea cuz I had what I thought was my period. Was way lighter than normal but was all bright and enough to soak pads.
