2 months postpartum UPDATED AGAIN

Hi ladies!

My baby girl turns 2 months in 2 days and I’m ready to start working out again. I was 105lbs when I got pregnant and 145lbs when I had her. Now I’m 123lbs without working out or dieting. I know I’m not getting back to 105lbs again especially since I’m breastfeeding her but my goal is to get more toned. Thankfully I don’t have any ab separation. I’ll update in a month!

And here I am one month later! So excited to see progress even if it’s only a little! 120lbs

Now I’m 4 months postpartum and I’m really seeing a difference! I’m 116lbs! I’ve just been doing a little exercise 2-3x a week and being a bit more careful about what I eat.
