Anyone have tips for me to ttc Faster ?  I had a miscarriage. With my first pregnancy 3 months ago I'm ttc ..Help? Getting really discouraged .. Don't read my post if ur not trynna help straight the fuck up 🖕🏾💯

I've learned a few things on here since trying to conceive for the last 5 months on this app. I take Geritol, prenatal vitamins cassava root, I use a moon Cup and preseed. My husband and I also take mucinex which has guaifenesin 600 milligrams you can buy this at Walmart for $0.88 it comes in four hundred milligrams but you can take one and a half to equal 600 milligrams. Guaifenesin helps too thin cervical mucus and sperm. Some women have cervical mucus that is too thick for the sperm to reach the egg and some men have sperm that is too thick to be able to move to make it to the egg so guaifenesin helps to send both. A moon cup is used after intercourse even certain and it holds the sperm close to the cervix so that the sperm won't run back out and stays closer to the cervix for conception. Also I have read that if you eat pineapple and the core there's an enzyme inside of it mainly in the core that helps the embryo implant for a sticky bean. Only eat it on days 1 through 5 past ovulation. You can also use evening primrose oil to help with progesterone levels but stop taking it as soon as ovulation occurs.
