Trigger warning!

The other day I had a drug test for a rehab facility and I’m not sure exactly what tested positive but she asked was I on any prescription meds (i am on 2 different kinds) I let her know that & they took my prescription form that my dr sent over. Well I didn’t tell her that I have been taking 3-4 Tylenol PMS for the last week I’m currently going through and MC & to subside the cramping I’ve been taking them religiously. But I had no clue they’d show up in my test. I let my DON know & he was completely understanding of my situation it was honestly so embarrassing I came home and told my fiancé I may need to just look for employment somewhere else. He stated I should not do that, I worked to even get a call back from this place so he knows how much it means to me. But I can’t help but to think I’d be an out Cast if I came back… what should I do listen to fiancé or move on?
