Confused😔

I went to my first check up today….. thought it was going to be exciting but it was complete opposite…. So I was told my hormone level has not doubled like it was supposed to and there was no sack found in ultrasound…. They are concerned about ectopic pregnancy 😭…. I’m petrified at this point. It’s been 5 days so they got more blood from me today and I have to go back tomorrow for another ultrasound…. I won’t get my blood results until Thursday so have to do the waiting game again…. I’m not bleeding no cramping just spotting here and there. Am I over reacting???? Or is this something I need to get prepared for mentally???? Please I need help
