My son is 8 month old EBF. He’s been cosleeping since day 1. Cosleeping with him has been difficult. He has to sleep on me all night or be in contact with me. Although I do love the cuddles I am struggling for not only alone time with my husband but also peaceful sleep. I’ve been having excruciating pain in my shoulder and I think a lot of that has to do with cosleeping. I have to keep my arm up/sleep on my side all night long

Since he won’t sleep in bed without me I have to go to bed when he’s tired or he stays up when I’m ready to go to bed. Again it leaves no alone time at all with my husband (I think it’s taking an emotional toll on our marriage).

He still takes 3-4 naps a day in which I am able to put him down on his own (most of the time).

This momma needs some help/advice ASAP!
