Plan B

I took a plan b 7/15 and 7/18. First time, he took condom off and came in me. I took pill about 20 mins after, I didnt know he took the condom off. 7/18 he apologized BUT did it again so I took the pill again within 1 hr. I since blocked and deleted him but now I’m scared the pill may not have worked. My cycle is to start in 1 week but I have stomach cramps and some spotting today. Is this normal or should I get a PT
