Some days he takes two and some days he takes one. I guess he's slowly getting rid of one.

Up at 6:30. Nap 9:30 - 11 and second nap 2 or 2:30 until 4ish. Bedtime is 7

My son has been alternating. I try to shoot for 1 3 hr nap but I definitely go by his cues still and sometimes he does the 2 1.5 hour naps

We are down to one nap but she wakes up late at like 9:30 in the morning and then these days I put her to bed at like 9 or sometimes 10 she'll sleep for like 1 hour and then be up crying again and then she's up for like a little bit and then she'll go back to sleep at like later so I don't know what's going on.

I voted for one because that’s what daycare does. We try to maintain the consistency of that but there are days where he takes two especially if we are in the car for a day trip. Just depends on the day really!
