What time in the day you inject progesterone for your mock transfer?

First FET I have to inject progesterone from 6-8pm and my FET failed, now I am doing the ERA test and my new protocol says that I have to inject at 11:15 am for 5 days, can you please share the time you injected according with your protocol before doing the ERA test?

The first shot had to be at 2pm. The rest of them were able to be at night and I chose 715pm. My re said the timing of the first shot is what matters for the era. It has to be exactly 5 days before the exam.

I’m intrigued that you have a given time.  With my protocol I just have to do PIO in the morning. I chose 7am. I also have to do suppositories 3x/day and I do just after my PIO, around 1pm and around 9pm.

It depends on the appt time.  If your appt time its 11:15, you start your progesterone at 11:15, 5 days prior.  If it's at 2:00, you start your progesterone at 2:00, 5 days prior.  5 days is the typical timeframe for receptivity.  So they use that as a guide.
