What kind of vitamins does your doctor recommend for a 4 months old baby?

I’m from Brazil and here the doctors recommend iron since 2 months and vitamin D. I am also treating reflux with domperidona. But I can’t find anything similar on glow to log. Can somebody help me?

My pediatrician does not say anything about vitamins. Also on acid reflux meds. It is generally recommended for breastmilk babies to have more vitamin d. In formula it should be there already
