If it makes it past your cervix then it will eventually just die off in your uterus since it didn't have an egg to fertilize. But this is actually a great question so thanks for asking it!

Semen is mostly water but also has sperm and many compounds like sugar, endorphins, oxytocin and immunosuppressants, and hormones that encourage ovulation. The liquid is pretty much expelled from the body. Remaining compounds are mostly absorbed; sperm die and are broken down in your body (to a good extent they are attacked and absorbed by white blood cells, they are an invading organism to our bodies), or expelled with the flowback of semen and natural discharge of mucus and vaginal fluids. Many sperm simply get stuck in mucus without any hope of getting past the cervix.

It comes back out....nowhere else for it to go. As for the sperm, it just dies since there's no egg to be fertilized.
