Okay so I've never been irregular. But ever since I got the nexplanon and had it for about 1 year and then had the iud placed and it fell out after 3 weeks, I haven't had a normal period. My provider says give it till January. My last known period was oct 12th-15th. We are trying for our last baby. And all tests are neg. My question is how do I know when I'm going to ovulate if I have no idea when my period is suppose to be? I've never used ovulation kits or checking cm.
