She won’t eat anything!

My almost 4 year old hasn’t eaten in days. I’ve offered food, snacks, candy, literally anything edible and she says no. She’s been asking for pizza and cereal but when I fix it she just sits there and looks at it. I currently have Covid and I’m waiting for her results to come back in but she’s not showing any symptoms other than just not eating. She’s drinking a bunch but I need her to have food in her belly. Any suggestions?
