Tylenol isn’t working for me

I get headaches every single day and it’s only on my right side

I brought it up to my doctor and she just told me headaches are common in pregnancy and to try excedrin tension or they can prescribe me something

I have an appointment today so I’m going to bring it up, I’m exactly 40 weeks

But this started like 2 weeks ago , just horrible headaches every single day from the time I wake up to the time I sleep... anyone else experience this? She doesn’t think it’s preeclampsia because my bp was normal

Also I drink enough water so I’m not dehydrated
