So I am 10 months postpartum I've been breast feeding and just recently weaned her.

This morning I started my period for the first time. I dont know if its because I've been spoiled of not having one but I don't remember the cramps being this back.

I have back and lower abdomen cramps. To the point it hurts my legs. It feels like I'm in the beginning of labor all over again 😩

Was anyone else's like this?

Does it get easier?

My period flow seems about the same as before its always been pretty heavy.
