Low blood sugar
This morning I had a big scare. Dizzy, weak, shaking and almost passing out every time I stood. Ate some candy and it’s now subsiding but what have you all done to maintain regular levels? Should I be eating more fruits? Never happened with my first pregnancy 😞 I see my OB tomorrow but to prevent this feeling again I want to assure I’m eating properly so I’m not feeling this way again tomorrow.
