Child’s first day of school…do you post a pic?

Monday will be my son’s first day of pre-k. i’m definitely taking lots of pics, but i do want to post one on social media. he wears a uniform, but it’s just an orange polo shirt, khaki/blue pants or jeans. i know you should be a little cautious when posting your child & their uniform has the school name on it, but i think this should be fine. what do you guys think?

I do. My social media is private. I don’t include school info such as name.

I absolutely don't. I don't post any pictures of them on social media at all.

I do because it's private and I only have family and close friends on my social media. And never show the schools name anyways. But my kid doesn't wear a uniform.

I do- but my Facebook is friends only not public- I wouldn’t ever on somewhere like this- just cover the school name if concerned

If ur going to post it on instagram husg dont hashtag the hell out of it lol. I know a woman who says oh my page is private so only my friends see my pictures and then she post a picture of her 3 year old with literally 15-20 hashtags lol.

Everyone is different, and I guess it depends on how regulated your social media pages are.
