This is the second time I’ve had this. I have cramping that makes me think for sure my period has returned than no blood. The first time was 5 months pp. I have a very small streak of pink, then nothing else. This time, no indication of blood at all. Cramping in the front and back like my periods used to be. I don’t understand what this could be. If it’s not my period, than why am I having such uncomfortable cramping? It has occurred in the evening both times.
