Late late and late!!

I'm 31 days past my last AF, 25 DPO, and AF was supposed to start November 25th and nothing! I have taken 4 HPT every other day all negative, I'm getting signs but it's so hard to detect if there from AF or something else. Should I go to the doctors and get a blood test??
