Muscle pain
Yesterday I bent down to pick something up from the floor and it felt like all the muscles in my belly started to cramp and my belly became super hard - auwch 😖 At night time, when I change positions during my sleep, sometimes the muscles ache in my left groin - also auwch 😫 Is this something everybody gets once in a while, but isn't very known as a 'symptom' of pregnancy? Or is it something I need to get checked?
