Did I gain muscle or fat?
So recently I've been doing a super easy and quick work out to help build muscle (I'm already quite thin, and have a good metabolism), and my S/O has said that I've gained a little weight (but he said that it's not bad). He said it's mostly in my chest and hips. I have been eating a little more than normal but nothing extreme, and it's been fruit. Does it sound like I've gained muscle, or fat?
