How do you know you're ready for a baby?

My fiancé have always used birth control and protection until about 3 days ago, we've started to both get the feeling that we don't wanna just make love we want to make love and make a baby together, I really want it, he really wants it, but we don't know if we should or not.

Quite honestly I think no one is ever really ready. If you don't have kids (I don't), I doubt you can truly be prepared. Sure, you can (and should) get your finances in order, etc. But if you wait for some elusive sign that you're 100% ready, you will be waiting forever. If you want it and he wants it, you're in a committed and living relationship/marriage, and you feel able to provide a stable environment for a child, then go for it.

Well when you make that choice where you both wanna make a baby then that means your ready.

If you both are unsure of it being the right time then I wld say waiting is best. Enjoy the two of you and maybe revisit this topic later. Sounds like you both want a family which is awesome. Don't rush into anything you aren't sure of. A baby can change a relationship more than you will understand at the moment. Just my advice.
