Unbearable hip pain
Y'all, I need some help. I've been using pillows all over the place to help support my body, but my hips are still taking a toll. I don't know what to do at this point. It's primarily the outside of my hips that ache and I need some advice, any, please <3
I sleep with a pillow between my knees and at my arms, I've started adding more to see if it helps to no avail
