CD 10 follicle size on 5mg of Letrozole

So I have PCOS and so I’ve been on Letrozole to get pregnant and last cycle I got pregnant was with Letrozole and trigger (had a miscarriage). Today is day 10 of my cycle with Letrozole 5mg (day 3-7). I have 1 follicle that is 12mm and I go back for a scan in 3 days. ( cd13) doctor says she think I will ovulate on my own. Should I still ask for a trigger? What would you do?
