Haaalllppp!

So I'm freaking out probably over nothing but this morning I went to go do my duty as I wiped above my clitoris i felt like a tiny sting. well I was on my period this week and that area got a little itchy so I tried hard to not scratch but I did. So I looked deeper, busted out the light and mirror and it looks like I had two bumps / scratches (idk really) but you can't see anything unless you realllly look but should I be worried? I'm not really worried about an std I've been checked recently but has anyonr ever had this happen to them?

If it doesn't go away over the weekend ill be making a doc appointment.
