Nausea that’s in my head

Morning everyone!

I just found out I’m pregnant. And not 15 minutes later I feel light headed and nauseous. I had nausea in my last pregnancy. I know the nausea I’m feeling right now is all in my head, so I’m asking, how can I relieve the nausea if it’s all in my head?
