I read on here that if you get pregnant on the pill, you won’t even know that you’re pregnant because you will still have your “period” because it is a fake period induced by the pill.

This has me really worried. I’m on the pill and take it perfectly & when I start my period every month it assures me that I’m not pregnant, but now I’m worried after reading that.

Is this true?
