help i

Hi, my baby is 3 weeks old. we just started letting him sleep and wait for him to wake up to feed (before that we would wake him up every two hours or so to feed him.)

anyways, since yesterday he’s been crying. a lot. and we’ve tried everything we could think of and the only time he calms down is when he’s attached to my nipples.

The pediatrician told us not to feed him more than 2oz and since I produce a lot of milk they also suggested for me to the only feed him three minutes on each side.

and also, he spits up a lot usually right after he eats and i don’t know if it’s normal ?

What do i do?
