I just took my son to a family reunion but everyone had to be vaccinated before they could have gone to it. He wasn't really out of our site.

It honestly would really depend. How large is large? Does everyone in attendance “believe “ in covid? 
I probably would not travel out of the country. Mainly because what if borders close while you are out. It is just too much drama for me.
