Male factor infertility?

Anyone else struggling with this? Just found out husband had no sperm in semen analysis. Feeling very hopeless…when I thought it was something on my end I at least felt like I had control , somewhat… I’m really struggling and wondering if anyone has been through this and how did you cope?

I know this is an old post but we are also living with MFI! We use a donor for conceiving via IUI. Living with MFI can be super isolating and lonely 💕

We are currently going through this. My husband was on clomid for 3 months back in november 2020. It hasn’t worked but he wont make the lifestyle changes to improve it. They told him dont smoke drink and drinl more water. Fertileaid by fairhaven has been proven to work but he hates taking all those pills. I would wait until the follow up appointment to see if surgery is an option he could just have a blockage.

Sorry to hear that. My husband just did his this morning. Waiting for results, pretty stressed about it tbh!
