IS A FAINT LINE STILL A POSITIVE?

I’ve taken multiple test from all diff brands & each of them have suuuper faint lines. Is it possible they all could have evap or indents? I’m going crazy

Yes, faint lines count. 
Just wait a couple days and test again and it should  be a stronger line.
