Hi! 5 week first-time pregnant lady here. I'm flying from NYC to Texas for the holidays at the end of the month. My primary care physician said that flying in the first trimester is a risk due to the radiation in planes, mostly as a precaution. I'd consider cancelling but it's Christmas and my grandmother's 90th birthday! Has anyone else heard different things from their doctor?
