Okay I need opinions. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years and we are constantly talking about marriage (he brings it up the majority of the time) & he even took me to look at rings like 2 months ago. I told him i don’t want him to spend a lot of money on a ring or anything like that and would be happy literally just having a TINY ceremony but he is insistent on saving up all this money before he proposes. He always tells me “it’s not going to be this month or next but it’s coming” and has been saying that for like a year. I am tired of getting my hopes up and I told him that. I don’t want to discuss it anymore because when i bring up the idea of just going to the courthouse to get married and the rest can come later he shoots it down. I love him so much and know that i want to be with him but am i wrong for feeling hurt/rejected by him not wanting to go and get married and worry about the rest later? Idk i just need help or other perspectives 😂 tia 💕
