Breathe! Enjoy! Unapologetically take afternoon naps when you can! Also due date groups can be great but they also can be extremely opinionated. My first few months (mid pandemic) I lived and died by the mom advice in my due date group and it was terrible for my mental health. It’s great to hear different perspectives, but strangers in the internet shouldn’t get all the say in how you raise your child or go about your pregnancy. Give yourself grace, and know you are the best momma for this baby. ❤️

Join a local Facebook mom or parent group. It might be labeled as “Portland (the city you live in) moms”. People on there give helpful advice and are often getting rid of their old baby materials. Like swings, bassinets, bouncers, and usually free or very cheap. It’s a nice alternative to buying new.
