So last night my husband and I had sex. I am currently in my fertile window & have no idea when I ovulate so we’ve just been having sex like everyday or every other day of my fertile window. I am going to start tracking my ovulation next cycle. My doctor just put me on metformin about 2 weeks ago when my cycle for July started. Today I woke up in excruciating pain. I’m cramping SO bad. I am not bleeding. Just very very painful cramps. They are worse than period cramps. What could be going on with me? I am contemplating going to the ER because I am in so much pain it’s making me nauseous. What should I do?
