First HCG after TWO ectopics

3 weeks 3 days my HCG was 42.9!

Going back Monday- I am HOPING this is our rainbow baby!

I have had two ectopic pregnancies so we are monitoring my levels closely! That HCG is right in range so crossing my fingers❤️
