I was having sex and I heard a pop from the condom and he finished after and when I checked myself there was white discharge but more thick and sticky and idk I'm just scared. Semen is more liquid and not thick sticky like I know but I really want a plan b and don't have $50, I have a 3mo and 17mo omg

Edit: the closest planned Parenthood is an hour away, I do not have a car but he is out of work and we get EBT for food and he has some savings but he's running low and we don't even get fast food or anything besides household items and baby needs, he starts work soon, we don't get the tax credit until the 15th. Do you guys know if health departments have plan B's?
