Now that you’re pregnant, what habits are you trying to kick?
Not trying to mom shame, just hoping to make people feel less alone.
I have a coffee problem that I’m going to try to kick by the end of this month. I also need to work on drinking more water. I’ve been drinking soda much more often than I’d like to admit. And of course, try to eat healthier. I want more nutrition in my body than what the prenatals give me. 😅
