As a parent, would you rather work a job that you enjoy that had odd hours(M, Thurs, Friday and Sat 10-7)) that will cause a lot of stress for baby sitters and may not have as much time with my kids or a job that you don’t enjoy that has perfect hours(M-F 7-3), and is right next to your kids school and daycare? I’m just overthinking everything. Of course the second choice would logically be the better option. But, I also fear that bc I don’t like the type of work, it’s going to ruin my mood or that I’m gonna be exhausted (it’s very physically demanding) by the time I get off and be too tired to have a lot of fun with my kids.
