Anyone who has had the laparoscopic surgery to diagnose endo. Could you tell me how was recovery?

I have a surgery in two weeks. It’s 5 hour drive from here and I will be there alone with my 4 kids. One is a teenager and will watch the younger ones while I am in surgery and overnight at the hospital. Then we would stay in hotel for 3 or so days after. To go to check up.

Was anyone good to go about driving ect that soon after surgery?

I would shave to make the 5 he trip back and now I’m getting a little worried. Maybe I will have pain meds and not be able to?

I have a decent pain tolerance. I medicated births. And up and walking around mall or city with kids and babies day after getting discharged from hospital.

But any opinions would really help.

I am a single mom. And have asked the only support people I have and no one seems down to help me.
