Help! What is this?

Help me out... its been 4 days. 
IDK what this is but i know for a fact its not my excema.

Maybe a bug bite of some kind. 
It's swollen, itches, burns. 
Yesterday it looked infected today It's more red than usual. 
I got another spot yesterday but it doesn't look like the others         (same leg)

I have no more any where else

I have these too but they are itchy and I was told by a doctor it was poison Ivy. I suggest buying some ant-itch clear lotion or the good oil’ Calamine lotion. I even take the pink allergy pill my doctor suggested I take since it helps with multiple things my doc said.I use calamine at night while I sleep and and the anti-itch lotion during the day. I make sure I take the allergy pill as directed on the back of the box like every morning or night if that works better with your schedule. I also have sensitive skin so this stuff is easy to use and all at Walmart, CVS, Target, or any other store basically. Hopefully it helps.

Poison ivy or maybe oak or sumac. Clear liquid blisters that itch but then burn if you scratch and spread after you do is a classic sign. You can treat with creams available at the pharmacy or box store. Wash whatever you were wearing that were exposed to the blisters in hot water with dawn soap to kill the oil that results in the blisters.
