So to start out I'm 22 weeks and 3 days(first pregnancy) and this morning I had very strong Braxton hicks. It started in my back then went on both sides of my abdomen and then after about 2 minutes it went away. Everything I'm reading makes it sound like both real and false labor. But could it just be Braxton hicks or?? I was just in L&D for what I thought was leaking amniotic fluid but it was just regular discharge.
