Sad and overwhelmed

Cant help but feel sad and overwhelmed, i have no friends and my family is not really that close to me and every time i see someone doing a baby shower or announce their pregnancy their friends and family give them gifts and presents and are happy for them. For me its just different nobody really calls or text to check up on me or the baby and honestly i feel so behind in everything it just sucks
