Gas & bloating anyone?!

Question

4th pregnancy and I’ve NEVER had this much gas and bloating all in my upper abdomen. Never lower, just always up top. I’m doing exercises, drinking plenty of fluids, probiotics, digestive enzymes etc and NOTHING is working. I’m also not constipated. Very regular so I don’t think the hormones are slowing my digestive system down. Anyone else experience this or have any tips?

I had this but I was also on progesterone which made it way worse. Certain foods seemed to make it worse, breads,pasta,broccoli,beans..etc I had to eat really really plain and basic. Also laying on my stomach with a heating pad on low just on the upper part of my stomach helped (my midwife okayed it but talk w your dr if your nervous) I know its not much help but truly the ONLY thing that helped me was figuring out what foods seemed to make it worse.

I’m constantly burping all day long ever since I became pregnant 🙄 
Walking for 10 minutes, just indoors after every meal helps a little.
