Hey everyone !

Just looking for some advice , I’m having surgery on august 11th for adenomyosis / endometriosis- last month I had a miscarriage and I’ve now been referred to a recurring miscarriage clinic because it’s my 4th/5th one

I just have a strange feeling this cycle that this could be my month for a full term pregnancy but because my surgery is august 11th I’ll need to know if I’m pregnant before then but it could be too early

When do you think is the earliest time to test where I would get the most accurate results ?

All of my pregnancies so far have taken a little longer than most women I see in the groups etc and I think it may be because I’ve had low progesterone
